Our accounting and tax services are designed for individuals to mid-sized corporations. Our ideal individuals should be more complex cases, such as remote workers working in various states, families with moderate real estate portfolios, or mid/high net worth individuals seeking to minimize their tax liability. While we offer services to your standard W2 employee or simple tax profile, we encourage members to equip themselves with the know-how to complete these types of returns using our resources tab.
Tax Planning
Tax Planning is our key service to individuals, consisting of year-round service and tailor-made strategies. We offer services for members who may be a few years behind on their taxes or who have had troubles with the IRS in the past.
Individual Tax Preparation
Individual tax preparation ranges from $250-$550, depending on filing type, complexity, and organization of the client. Additional fees will be incurred for failure to provide ALL documents on time. Individual tax REVIEW sessions are 30 min - 1 hr final interviews to ensure accuracy when a client is ready to file. They range from $60-$99 and, in some cases, are donation-based if a client allows our interns to conduct the review. Extensions, if necessary, are $99. Most tax preparation services are charged up front to avoid clients using our process and filing elsewhere.
ALL tax returns are reviewed by a certified public accountant (CPA), IRS enrolled agent (EA), or accounting industry professional with a minimum of 3 years in tax.
Business Accounting Services
Business Accounting services range from a Schedule C sole proprietor to established corporations. Most small businesses are either sole proprietorships or limited liability companies (LLC). We can assist with things like QuickBooks setup/cleanup, quarterly tax filing, applying for a bank loan, or even government contract bids.
We try to keep these services affordable as this is the key reason why we started Alka Financial, but most of these businesses need lots of help. Please don't let that deter you from reaching out or at least visiting our resource hub. We want to use accounting to bridge the marginal wealth gap.
Fractional CFO Services
For those who don't know what to do with the numbers, or who don't know how to read financial statements, fractional CFO services are ideal. A fractional CFO is like a personal trainer for your wallet. They focus solely on the financial health of your business, allowing you to free up mental space for what you're most passionate about.
We can answer questions like, "Where is all my money going?!" or "How much would I need to open a new location?" or "Am I paying too much in taxes?" We help businesses in all industries answer the questions that keep them up at night.
In some cases, we simply help FIND those problems, recommend solutions, and leave it up to you to decide the course of action. Our top service offerings are when we FIX those problems on your behalf. That white glove service is almost like having us as a part-time employee at your firm.

International Accounting
Our newest service offering is primarily a leverage of A.B. Ordu's love for travel and global experience. He has earned an MBA or equivalent in the United States, France, and Germany. Having lived in 6 countries, visits to over 30 and moderate fluency in French and Spanish, A.B. has laid the groundwork for global expansion.
With an international scope, keen business acumen, and a commitment to inclusivity, this niche service is where A.B. would like to spend most of his time.
Performance-Based Financial Consulting
For those who DO have a good grasp on their numbers, but have a specific project or goal in mind, we offer complex strategy consulting. This could be a company seeking to expand internationally and may not know all the ins and outs of their strategic goal.
We would be a genie for these members and would grant them 3 wishes. These companies would ideally have an established staff, budget, and timeline for these projects, where they could hire an external financial professional to manage the project while minimizing operational disruptions.
