A.B. Ordu

President & CFO
Co-Founder

Ahmad co-founded Alka Financial in 2020 with his father, Samuel Ordu. Following Samuel's passing, he has served as president and CFO, leading the firm's expansion to 10+ US cities, Paris, and Mumbai. An honorably discharged Air Force staff sergeant (E-5) with 8 years of service, Ahmad completed a global triple MBA program in May 2024 and Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Business Program in August 2025. He has traveled to over 30 countries and 6 continents, fostering a workplace culture that encourages cross-national collaboration. His hobbies include trumpet, volleyball, and scuba diving.

Rohan R.

Financial Consultant
Head of Indian Expansion

Rohan specializes in financial projections and analysis (FP&A), valuations, corporate finance, and international management. He has been with the firm since 2022. During his Global Triple Master degree program, he interned with the firm and quickly rose with his unique value proposition to expand our workforce to India. Our Mumbai office is led by him, where he oversees various teams and projects. His use of cross-national collaboration, time zone management, and keen financial analytics make him a true asset to Alka Financial. His favorite thing about working with Alka Financial is being able to have a professional career while providing quality jobs in his hometown of Mumbai.

Robert "Bobby" L.

Operations Consultant
Head of European Expansion

Bobby specializes in workplace efficiency, time management, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs). He has been with the firm since 2023. He was also selected as an intern during the Global Triple Master degree program and helped develop key relationships for our Paris office. He hopes to help expand throughout the European Union by introducing new SOPs (standard operating procedures), restructuring teams for better accountability, and implementing process automation or system integration using AI. His favorite thing about working with Alka Financial is that it allows him to return to his hometown of Harvey, LA, frequently.

Trent D.

Human Resources Consultant
VP of Professional Development

Trent specializes in company culture, job description and position designing, talent development, and executive training. He has been with the firm since its inception while maintaining a position at a Big 4 accounting firm. Trent's primary role is internal: he helps develop our talent with the resources and tools they need. He has designed most of our HR policy and compliance, helps shape benefits packages, and assists with hiring and recruiting. We want Alka Financial to be a place for experts to grow, and that starts with someone like Trent truly believing in you and motivating you. His favorite thing about working with Alka Financial is seeing our growth over the last decade into the firm we are today.
